We Use Atsara Instead of Vinaigrette in This Strawberry Cocktail

July 8, 2018

Strawberry vinaigrette is a common combination, though one who has never had it would understandably be skeptical about the vinegar-berry combo. In application, balsamic vinegar brings out the sweetness and flavor of berries like strawberry and raspberry. We took a cue from this unlikely combo to make an even more unlikely combo: strawberry and atsara.

If olive juice and pickle juice work in cocktails, why not atsara juice?

The result is something tangy and sweet, ideal for the adventurous drinker who can’t quite decide if they want something to eat or drink. It’s definitely an unusual drink for the person with unusual taste, just like us.
