This recipe allows for you to increase the amount cooked without significantly increasing the cooking time, which makes it perfect for hosting friends or family over when you only have so much time to prep. You can also decrease the amount cooked easily for a smaller group of people, but why make less when you can make more (and thus eat more)?
The recipe is straightforward and essentially involves cooking the shrimp, making the buffalo sauce, and combining them. TBH you can easily use this sauce recipe with the traditional chicken wings, or whatever other kind of meat (or fake meat) you think it would go well with. This dish is best paired with: heaps of white rice.
