Today’s recipe, an effortless, fresh, and fruity drink, will remind you of a tropical paradise: Quintessential tropical fruits, sweet ripened mango, and sour pineapple star in this smoothie that conjures up images of sunny days by the beach. The fruits sweeten the smoothie and work harmoniously together along with guava juice to make a drink that is sweet without being too cloying.
Tropical Mango and Pineapple Smoothie
Yield: 2 servings

- ¾ cup mango, peeled and roughly cubed
- ½ cup pineapple, peeled and roughly cubed
- ½ cup guava juice
- 1 cup crushed ice
Blend all the ingredients until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve it immediately.
