Rob Cham (not his actual name) is an illustrator, designer, and comics artist from Baguio City, a most excellent place. He currently shares a studio over at Create.ph where he does things for money. He is otherwise not that interesting.
HAHAHAH! Was laughing the whole time. More illustrated 101’s, please. 🙂
A+ post and illustrations
I agree completely with this 😀 Oh man…. if there’s duck confit in the menu, I GOTTA order it 😀
Maybe it was just me, but the chefs here in Manila can make some badass crispy duck confit. And I mean they can make it better than some French bistros 🙂
Oh, there was this interesting tomato confit in Lolo Dad’s in Malate. I think it was part of their Valentine’s 2013 menu.
Then again, tomato is a fruit, so yeah the whole confit thing holds true with this 😀
Oh, and I gotta share this 🙂
I can’t be any happier with how this turned out. Rob Cham is a beast. 🙂
