It’s a nice plus to have your own fresh, homemade chili sauce in the fridge to add to pizzas, meat dishes (specifically seafood, suggests Kimmie), or what-have-you, since you get to dictate your preferred level of spice in said sauce. That and the sauce lasts a week in the fridge, so you can prepare your stomach (and bathroom) for a week of delicious heat.
