You guys, this is brilliant.
add the taro, whole corn, carrot, mushroom and other “hard” vegetables when soup is boiling. Add the tomato too. Add the noodles when you’ve already added the balls, meat and green leafy vegetables. Taro is my favorite, when nearly all ingredients are eaten/gone you mash up the taro in the remaining soup and drink it up.
