This Corned Tuna and Miso Butter Noodle Recipe Takes Only 5 Minutes to Cook

As we’ve demonstrated before, there are so many ways to cook corned tuna. But our favorite easy recipe is this miso butter noodle dish, which comes together in no time. While we’re often used to warming up cans of tuna and just mixing it into rice, San Marino Corned Tuna is ready to eat, so all you need is some cooked noodles to act as a vehicle for the delicious fish.

Corned Tuna Miso Butter Noodle Recipe

    In a skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter until foamy.
    Add garlic and miso paste and cook until miso is melted.
    Add half a cup of the reserved pasta water then salt and pepper to taste.
    Add in the noodles and stir until coated.
    Transfer the noodles to a plate then top with San Marino Corned Tuna.
    Top with remaining 1 tbsp butter and more pepper.
