Roasted Chickpeas Can Replace Your Potato Chip Habit, but We Do You One Better by Adding Salt & Vinegar

July 6, 2018

Popcorn and potato chips can step aside for our current favorite movie snack—chickpeas are arguably healthier, definitely more filling, and offer a surprising crunch when roasted. But we upped the ante by giving it an natural salt and vinegar flavoring—by using literal salt and white vinegar which are likely already in your pantry or table.

The recipe takes some patience, but if you’re binge-watching on your streaming site of choice, that time will pass by sooner than you know it. It’s incredibly easy that you can make it while watching a comedy (but please don’t burn yourself, or the kitchen. Just mind the oven.) and still come out of it without messing the recipe up.
