Last year, Cibo celebrated their 20th year of running the now-staple establishment. Founded by chef Margarita Fores, who was named Asia’s Best Female chef last year by the World’s 50 Best publication, Cibo has become a mainstay in local malls and Filipino hearts because of their unrelenting dedication to using the best ingredients available.

Not ones to stray away from innovation, within 2017 Cibo launched a Cibo Di Strada menu that features Italian street food like deep-fried pizza dough pockets and arancini. The same year, they launched a limited edition line of flavored chocolate bars, our favorite being the rosemary. While Chef Fores continues to excite us with her innovations, we always have a special place in our hearts for the Spinaci Zola Dip, Penne Al Telefono, and Mint Iced Tea.
