Another local fast food that was founded in 1985 (the heyday of fast food franchises in Manila), Andok’s is famous for their litson manok. They have found the perfect balance in creating a consistent and flavorful product, having it readily available with fast and easy service, and being widely available in several parts of the Philippines (Who hasn’t drunkenly eaten at the Boracay branch?).

Not only does Andok’s have a flavorful and tender chicken with a skin that is charred almost as a signature, but they also have a wicked liempo that is juicy, almost bacon-like, with that same tasty and smoky charred exterior.
