KIT KAT® Chocolate Bar Butter: A Spread That Might Just Be Better Than Speculoos

2013 was the year of the dessert trend: there were Cronuts, salted caramel and chocolate, and of course, cookie butter.

Kitkat Cookie Butter1 Touted as the heir to Nutella, the butter made of Speculoos biscuits became the it spread of the year. There have been many attempts to make different types of cookie butter, but this one might make you fall off the edge of your seat.

Kitkat Cookie Butter5 We’ve made a chocolate bar spread entirely out of KIT KAT®, which will bring back memories of your childhood snack time, or after-school treats. By churning it into a butter, we’ve kept the essence of the KIT KAT® bar intact—intense milk chocolate flavor, with the creaminess of the wafer filling.

Kitkat Cookie Butter4 You can keep your KIT KAT® Chocolate Bar Butter smooth, turning it into a decadent, spreadable milk chocolate bar. You can also make it chunky, adding more bits and pieces, so you get the distinct crunch of the KIT KAT® wafer, along with the rich chocolate spread.

Kitkat Cookie Butter3 Kitkat Cookie Butter2 Smooth or chunky, this wafer butter recipe is an awesome way to transform the already versatile KIT KAT®.
