Currently in culinary school, microblogger and vlogger Jessi Singson shows us some of the tricks she’s learned when we asked her for advice on what to cook for a date night in. Singson, who is currently based in Australia, decided to give us 2 dishes that she developed in Australia as a way to show off Asian flavors.

The dish she came up with for your main course is a Pork Belly dish that is best served with rice. She tells us that this is one of those dishes that gets better the longer you keep it, and advises making extra servings for the day after. No need to be intimidated by pie-making; Singson shows us that it is more doable than it looks so can end your date with a beautiful Calamansi Meringue Pie.
