Hooch in Salcedo Village, adjacent to LuLu and a couple of doors down from Wildflour and Toby’s Estate has a happy hour that’s more like Happy Half-Day: 12nn-7pm on house wine, cocktails and beer. Cheers!

Boiler Room on C. Palanca in Legazpi Village has happy hour every day from 4 to 8pm, beers are P35! Unlimited wine for about 300, I think.

There are three branches of Mulligan’s, actually. All are on Aguirre, with the first two literally within a stone’s throw of each other. The first one you’ll encounter was actually formerly A Veneto, while the third was Overtime, a sports bar #BFResident
