Chef Justin Golangco’s SideChick is a Testament to His Mastery of Fried Chicken

Justin Golangco‘s fried chicken made Bucky’s in Poblacion a lunch or dinner destination, and not just a dessert spot (though their soft-serve is still one of our favorite desserts in Metro Manila). And now, Golangco is letting his chicken shine all on its own in his solo-endeavor: SideChick.

His chicken sandwich is majestic: it is crunchy without being too oily, generous on the chicken skin, topped with a refreshing dressing, and sandwiched between soft AF buns. And while they close earlier than most food establishments, they mainly service the office crowd of Makati for deliveries. Give them a ring for #justaquickie.
