  1. In a large bowl, whip softened butter until, light and fluffy.
  2. Add powdered sugar and milk, and continue to whip until fluffy.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Preheat oven to 350F.
  5. Place cashews on a baking tray and place in the oven, toasting until slightly golden, about 5 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and season with salt.
  7. Let cool completely.
  8. Transfer buttercream, cashews, and meringue into individual glasses in layers.
