Nhà Em surprised us by opening 3 branches all within the same year, and while it’s a move that may normally be deemed risky—especially by an untried and untested new local concept—we have every faith in their success. The food speaks for itself: Nhà Em boasts of cuisine that is as traditional as possible, importing ingredients, kitchen equipment, and even serving containers to maximize the authenticity of their dishes.

Each dish manages to hit all four corners of the Vietnamese cuisine flavor profiles in a way that is balanced and just-right. If it’s your first time, we recommend either the fried or fresh spring rolls, and a Bánh Xèo, followed up with their homemade yogurt and Vietnamese-style coffee.
