Q&A Kitchen + Bar’s Michelin-Starred Chef Hand-Makes Fresh Pasta Daily

On one side is the restaurant: large picture windows allow for natural light to stream in and shine off your plates. They call this side the “kitchen” as it is somewhat designed to look like one, complete with a kitchen counter that displays their specials and desserts, and a hexagonal backsplash. On the other side, the bar: serving as a coffee bar in the day and a cocktail bar in the evening, this room allows for more intimate gatherings.

The parsley linguini is so light and fresh, it asks to be eaten with a glass of white wine.

Q&A Kitchen + Bar opened late last year in a location that is hard to find, but once you do, you’ll find your search well-rewarded. It is possibly one of the most beautifully detailed restaurants we’ve ever seen in Manila (Eric Paras was their interior designer), that it is a wonder to appreciate in the daytime. The menu is equally well-designed that our eyes could not stop flitting from item to item in indecision and possibly a bit of greed. But in the end, with high-quality ingredients, we believe simplicity is best. That’s why we suggest the clean and fresh Parsley Linguini.
