If you’re a frequent visitor to the cinemas of Rockwell, Shangri-la and Eastwood malls, then you’ll instantly recognize this post.

To those who aren’t familiar, here’s a little fyi. Buy-the-Bucket is a decade-old nacho stall that sells this cataclysmic mixture of nachos, garlic cream and melted cheese, topped with a generous serving of ground beef goodness.

It’s terrifyingly delicious.

In fact, it’s so delicious that we’ll take time to watch a Michael Bay film just to have an excuse to eat this stuff.

Haven’t tried these nacho type toppings on potato chips before. This looks and sounds better than the french onion dip I eat with my chips. More flavor, more texture and more oomph!

Try it! This would probably be one of my top 10 favorite recipes of all time. We have buy-the-bucket stalls in some of our local malls (near the cinemas). You should visit them sometime, it’s a perfect movie companion!:D

Thanks for the tip, I’ll do that the next time I see a movie. Better yet, I’ll have our cook whip some up for my next movie marathon with the hubby. I better remember to list the ingredients for when I go to the grocery. :)

I’m getting a flashback to high school days when me and Mae would go to Robinsons to watch movies. We loved that nacho/potato chip goodness.

Did you find the cheese sauce a bit thick? Mine came out thick. Maybe because it wasn’t heated?
