Make This 4-Ingredient Curried Vegetable Chips Snack to Impress Your Friends for Movie Night

March 5, 2019

Okay, so we made fish balls from scratch. But we don’t see anything wrong with buying already-prepared ingredients and tossing it together for a quick and easy snack. That’s what we did with this 4-ingredient curried veggie chips that is more impressive than picking up an assortment from your local convenient store.

You can find dried vegetable chips at the grocery (we got ours at Landmark). When they fry, they expand into puffy chips similar to kropek. On that note the curry powder also works really well with kropek or shrimp chips.
