Köök Makes Frozen Chicken Dishes with International FlavorsApril 11, 2018
Marjorie Lee has been cooking since age 9, she tells us, and for fun, decided to enroll in a cooking class at the Sylvia Reynoso Gala Culinary, where she found that beyond an interest she had something of a knack for cooking. The experience planted the seed for what would become her food business.

All the dishes are made from scratch and cooked with Extra Virgin Olive Oil; they are also casein-free, gluten-free, and preservatives-free so that you can have the taste of something authentically homemade in a matter of minutes. And what’s even better the way the products are packaged: attractive in its simplicity, the vacuum sealed dishes can last for up to 6 months in the freezer, unopened.
All the recipes took a year to develop for Lee, and there are still more in the making. Pork chops? Blue cheese wings? Lee tells us ideas she’s been dabbling in. Though nothing is set in their waterproof stickers just yet, we are sure looking forward to stocking up our freezers for midnight cravings to come.
