I know nada about kebabs, but I do know this: I love Mr. Kabab and their legendary garlic sauce. I confess to pouring the stuff all over my favorite Eggplant Keema until it turns into a garlic sauce lake.
This hack is the answer to every Mr. Kabab fan’s prayer. I can’t think of a catchier name for it, but you know the effect this has on kebab patrons: it’s a miracle. This garlic sauce can be quite versatile, going beyond its original purpose and breaking boundaries. Use it on steaks, lamb, just about anything. Yes, it’s quite a marvelous invention, I must say. And today, the recipe is yours to exhaust for your gluttonous pleasure.
Mr. Kabab’s Garlic Sauce
Total Time: 10 minutes / Yield: 2-3 servings
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup all purpose cream
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2-3 tsp sugar
- Pinch of salt
- Whisk everything together until sugar has melted, and ingredients are well-incorporated.
- Serve alongside your favorite grilled meat or kebab.
