Here are the Five American Originals Behind Chili’s Success

Chili’s Philippines has done just that, opening its 10th store in SM North Edsa, becoming the best performing outlet of the chain in the Southeast Asian region. It has much to do with their winning formula, which banks on Filipinos’ love for American food, and introduces true American originals, which have slowly become their most popular dishes over the years. Take for example, Chili’s version of fajitas, an introduction to Tex-Mex, which combines shredded pork carnitas and chopped up chicken that manages to still be juicy instead of dry. Other personal bests for Chili’s include their ribs, Big Mouth Craft Burgers, infamous Top Shelf margaritas, and loaded nachos which come individually dressed with jalapenos, meat and melted cheese for a composed rather than messy bite.
